10am:  Registration

10:30am:  Introductions & acro games

11:30am:  Intro to Standing acro & Counterbalances

12:45pm:  LUNCH (on your own)

2pm:  Intro to L-basing

3:30pm:  POPS!

4:30-5:30: Acropeutics

7pm: Dinner

 

Friday April 27

8-8:45am: Morning yoga flow

9am-9:45am: AY conditioning

9:45-10:45am: Standing Acro

11-11:45am: Handstand training

11:45-12:30pm: Foot to Hand & Hand to Hand

12:30pm:  Lunch (on your own)

2:00pm: L Basing - Washing machines

4pm-7pm:  Free time - option to go kite surfing or just relax on the beach, check out the town

7pm:  Dinner

9pm-11pm:  After dinner jam & party

 

Saturday April 28

8-8:45am: Morning Yoga flow

9:00am: Handstand training

9:30-10:15am: hand to hand

10:30-12pm: Washing Machines

12pm: Lunch (on your own)

2-4pm: Group Acro

4-6pm: Jam and sunset photoshoot
